Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor Intern role based in Gurugram. The intern will support the creation of astronomy-focused video content by assembling raw footage, selecting key clips, and editing videos for clarity, pacing, and engagement. Daily tasks include trimming and merging clips, applying basic color correction, inserting motion graphics and text overlays, and preparing content for digital platforms. The intern will collaborate with the creative and technical teams to align visuals with educational objectives, maintain consistent branding, and optimize videos for different formats. The role also involves organizing media assets, following project timelines, and incorporating feedback to refine deliverables.
Location: Gurugram, Haryana
Stipend: ₹10,000–₹12,000/month
Experience: Freshers & students with a strong editing portfolio are welcome
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in video production and basic understanding of the end-to-end video workflow.
- Candidates should possess skills in video editing and video color grading to deliver polished and visually consistent content.
- Candidates should possess skills in motion graphics and graphics to create engaging visual elements and overlays.
- Candidates should have familiarity with common video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro) and graphic tools (e.g., After Effects, Photoshop or equivalents).
- Candidates should demonstrate strong attention to detail, creativity, time management, and the ability to follow style guidelines and project briefs.
- Candidates should be currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant program (e.g., media studies, film, animation, design) or have equivalent practical experience; interest in astronomy or science communication is an advantage.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
