Lead Management
- Contact leads provided by the company through phone calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and other approved communication channels.
- Introduce company projects and explain project features, pricing, and benefits.
- Qualify leads based on customer requirements and buying potential.
Appointment & Site Visit Generation
- Schedule and confirm customer site visits.
- Achieve the minimum site visit targets assigned by management.
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding scheduled visits.
- Follow up with customers to ensure visit attendance.
Customer Follow-up
- Maintain regular follow-up with interested customers.
- Address customer queries professionally and promptly.
- Maintain a positive relationship with prospects until closure.
Data Management
- Update customer interactions accurately in CRM, Excel sheets, or company software.
- Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, appointments, and visit status.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
Sales Support
- Assist the sales team in converting prospects into customers.
- Participate in marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Support management in achieving overall sales objectives.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹40,947.83 per month
