We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Franchise Development Manager to lead our franchise expansion initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential franchise partners, generating leads, conducting franchise presentations, negotiating agreements, and supporting the onboarding process to achieve company growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement franchise expansion strategies to achieve business growth objectives.
- Identify, qualify, and generate new franchise leads through various marketing and networking channels.
- Conduct franchise presentations, discovery meetings, and business opportunity discussions with prospective franchisees.
- Evaluate franchise applications and assess candidates based on financial capability, business experience, and market potential.
- Manage the complete franchise sales cycle from lead generation to franchise agreement signing.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to create franchise recruitment campaigns and promotional materials.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing franchise partners.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and potential territories for expansion.
- Assist franchisees during onboarding and ensure a smooth handover to operations and support teams.
- Maintain accurate records of franchise leads, pipeline status, and conversion metrics.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual franchise sales targets.
- Represent the company at franchise expos, trade shows, business events, and networking opportunities.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
