Job Description:
· Lead and manage the complete product development process from ideation to commercialization
· Conduct market research, customer analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify new product opportunities
· Define product requirements, specifications, timelines, and cost targets
· Collaborate with R&D, design, production, quality, marketing, and sales teams
· Prepare product roadmaps, development plans, and progress reports for management
· Ensure products meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations
· Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource utilization
· Oversee product testing, validation, and pilot runs
· Support product launch activities including training, documentation, and marketing coordination
· Drive continuous product improvement based on market feedback and performance analysis
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or a related field
· MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification will be an added advantage
· Proven experience in product development or product management
· Strong project management and analytical skills
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
· Knowledge of product lifecycle management (PLM) tools and methodologies
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
