Daksha Organics Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and scale our digital advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and a strong understanding of performance marketing for D2C brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage Meta advertising campaigns.
- Optimize campaigns to improve ROAS, reduce cost per result, and increase conversions.
- Manage Click-to-WhatsApp, Lead Generation, Engagement, and Website Sales campaigns.
- Monitor daily campaign performance and budget allocation.
- Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences, placements, and ad copy.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives, videos, and marketing content.
- Implement and monitor Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and event tracking.
- Create remarketing and lookalike audience strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest Meta advertising trends and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads.
- Experience handling monthly advertising budgets of ₹5 lakh or more is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, Meta Pixel, and Google Analytics.
- Experience in D2C, e-commerce, cosmetics, skincare, FMCG, or wellness brands is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Salary
25,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)
