Job Summary
Rahul B Agarwal & Associates is seeking an experienced Accounts Executive with strong expertise in GST and Indirect Taxation. The candidate should have practical exposure to GST compliances, reconciliations, and client handling in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation and filing of GST Returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, GSTR-9C, etc.)
- GST reconciliations and Input Tax Credit (ITC) verification
- Handling GST registrations, amendments, cancellations, and LUT filings
- Drafting and responding to GST notices and departmental communications
- Ledger scrutiny and reconciliation of accounts
- Assisting in GST audits and annual compliance assignments
- Preparation of compliance trackers and working papers
- Client coordination and timely completion of compliance activities
- Keeping updated with changes in GST and Indirect Tax laws
Eligibility Criteria
- B.Com / M.Com / Inter CA / CMA Inter or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in GST and Indirect Taxation
- Strong working knowledge of GST laws, return filing, reconciliations, and compliance procedures
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and GST Portal
- Good communication and client management skills
Mandatory Requirements
✅ Candidate must be currently working in a Chartered Accountant (CA) Firm.
✅ Candidates not currently employed with a CA Firm will not be considered.
✅ Candidate should currently reside in Navi Mumbai or nearby areas.
✅ Experience in handling multiple clients and GST compliances independently.

Note: This position is strictly for candidates who are currently working in a CA Firm and are based in or around Navi Mumbai, considering the job location at Kharghar, Navi Mumbai.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
