Job Summary
We are looking for an Electrical Design Engineer to design, develop, and implement electrical systems for industrial laser machines and automation solutions, including Laser Marking, Laser Welding, Laser Cutting, Laser Cleaning, Laser Drilling, Robotic Laser Systems, Pharmaceutical Laser Machines, and Special Purpose Machines (SPMs).
Key Responsibilities
- Design electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and control panels using AutoCAD Electrical/EPLAN.
- Prepare electrical BOM, cable schedules, terminal plans, and panel layouts.
- Select electrical components such as PLCs, HMIs, Servo Drives, VFDs, Sensors, SMPS, Contactors, Relays, and Safety Devices.
- Interface PLCs, HMIs, servo systems, laser sources, scanners, vision systems, and industrial communication networks.
- Ensure compliance with machine safety standards, including E-Stop circuits, safety relays, door interlocks, and laser safety.
- Support machine testing, troubleshooting, FAT, SAT, installation, and commissioning.
- Coordinate with Mechanical, Software, Production, and Service teams during machine development.
- Prepare technical documentation and maintain engineering records.

- Knowledge of Laser Machine Automation & SPMs
Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Automation, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- 3–6 years of experience in Electrical Design for Industrial Automation, Laser Machines, CNC Machines, or SPMs.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
