Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end execution of complex technical programs, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with company goals.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to define requirements, scope, and success metrics.
- Create and manage program roadmaps, breaking down initiatives into executable milestones.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, and proactively drive resolution to maintain delivery momentum.
- Establish and standardize program management processes, tools, and best practices for scalability.
- Track progress and communicate updates clearly through reports, dashboards, and executive reviews.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration and act as the bridge between technical and business teams.
- Partner with engineering leads to improve sprint planning, capacity management, and release coordination.
Qualification:
- Experience: 2-4 years in program management, preferably within SaaS, AI/ML, or healthcare tech environments.
- Technical Understanding: Strong grasp of software development lifecycles, cloud-native systems, APIs, and data workflows.
- Project Management Expertise: Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), with hands-on experience using tools like Jira, Confluence, or Asana.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to synthesize technical and business requirements into actionable plans.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to align cross-functional teams and present to leadership.
- Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field. A Master’s degree or PMP/CSM certification is a plus.
