Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and enforcement of security policies and standards within cloud environments.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure security architecture integrates seamlessly with other IT and business functions.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their understanding of cloud security principles and practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityNow.
- Experience in designing and implementing cloud security frameworks and architectures.
- Strong knowledge of identity and access management principles and best practices.
- Ability to document and communicate complex security controls and processes effectively.
- Familiarity with cloud security operations and transition strategies.
- Capability to collaborate with diverse teams to drive security initiatives.
