Role Overview
The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading sales activities, managing client relationships, and driving conversions for our Dholera investment project, working from the Mohali office.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage sales operations for the Dholera project
- Handle high-value client meetings and negotiations
- Guide team members in lead conversion and closures
- Maintain and monitor CRM and sales performance
- Develop strategies to increase sales and investor base
- Build strong relationships with investors and channel partners
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 3–6 years experience in Real Estate Sales (Mandatory)
- Strong leadership and team handling skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation ability
- Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
- MBA or Real Estate background will be an added advantage
