Job Description: J2EE Lead Programmer Analyst (Exp: 5+ Yrs to 8 Yrs).
Seeking a talented and motivated Lead Programmer Analyst to join our team. A key initiative to modernize Java-based microservices, including framework upgrades, authentication & authorization, and API hardening. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on Java/Spring Boot skills and a willingness to learn cloud-based environments in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Individual contributor / senior hands-on engineer within a modernization delivery pod, working under the guidance of the Technical Lead.
Experience should have 5+ Years to 8 Years into J2EE backend development.-
Hands-on development experience in Java (8/11/17), Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.

Experience implementing authentication & authorization features (OAuth2, JWT) within APIs.

Solid knowledge of OOP concepts and design patterns for developing scalable applications.

Experience with relational (PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra) databases.

Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.

Must have experience writing unit and integration tests using JUnit, Jest.

Exposure to secrets management and cloud/container basics (Kubernetes, AWS, GCP) is a plus.

Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to development best practices.

Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues in a timely manner.
