Key Responsibilities
- Billing & Quantity Management
- Prepare and submit client RA (Running Account) bills based on actual work executed.
- Verify quantities from drawings, BOQs, and site measurements.
- Prepare subcontractor and vendor bills and process them for certification.
- Monitor work progress and ensure billing aligns with project milestones.
- Reconcile quantities with consultants, clients, and subcontractors.
- Maintain billing records, measurement sheets, and supporting documentation.
Contract & Commercial Management
- Review contract documents, BOQs, specifications, and commercial terms.
- Track variations, change orders, and additional works.
- Prepare variation claims and supporting documentation for approval.
- Conduct rate analysis for extra items and non-BOQ works.
- Monitor budget utilization and support cost-control initiatives.
Project Coordination
- Coordinate with site engineers, planning engineers, MEP teams, interior fit-out teams, and consultants for measurement verification.
- Liaise with client representatives and project management consultants regarding bill certification.
- Support project teams in preparing progress reports and commercial updates.
- Cost Monitoring & Reporting
- Track project costs against budget and identify cost variances.
- Prepare billing forecasts, cash flow projections, and revenue reports.
- Maintain records of certified, pending, and disputed bills.
- Assist management in financial planning and project profitability analysis.
Documentation & Compliance
- Ensure all billing submissions comply with contract requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of drawings, revisions, approvals, and measurement books.
- Prepare documentation for audits and project closeout activities.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 8–11 years of experience in billing and quantity surveying within construction projects.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury hotel, resort, or premium hospitality projects.
- Strong understanding of civil, structural, architectural finishes, and MEP works.
- Knowledge of contract administration and commercial management.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
