People & Performance Manager
Location: Kochi
Experience: 5+ Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee relations.
- Handle performance appraisals, KPIs, and KRAs, especially for sales teams.
- Monitor sales staff performance and productivity.
- Develop incentive structures and performance improvement plans.
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee engagement.
- Prepare performance reports and HR MIS for management.
Requirements:
- MBA/PGDM in HR or relevant qualification.
- 5+ years of HR experience.
- Strong experience in sales team appraisals and performance management.
- Good communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
