Role Overview –
We are looking for a skilled, creative, and passionate Cinematographer & Video Editor with 1–3 years of hands-on experience to join our growing team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have expertise in both shooting and editing high-quality visual content for digital platforms, social media campaigns, brand films, podcasts, reels, and commercial projects.
You will be responsible for planning visual storytelling, handling camera operations, capturing cinematic footage, and editing engaging content that aligns with brand guidelines and creative direction. If you are creative, detail-oriented, technically sound, and capable of managing projects independently, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
* Developing, editing and creating content video for the page and organization.
* Add graphics, digitally improve picture quality and ensure videos meet brand guidelines.
* Be able to manage multiple projects while meeting project deadlines .
* Have experience in creating videos, shorts, digital snippets .
* Uploading videos to the company's Youtube channel and social media pages .
* Create animated videos/ whiteboard animations .
* Edit client footage .
* Edit high-quality videos for digital platforms, social media, and campaigns
* Add motion graphics, effects, transitions, and animations as needed
* Collaborate with the creative team to understand project goals and visual direction
* Suggest creative editing ideas to enhance storytelling
* Organize and manage video assets and project files efficiently
* Stay updated on video trends, social formats, and editing techniques
* Deliver projects within deadlines while maintaining consistency in brand style
Requirements
* 1–3 years of proven experience in cinematography and video editing
* Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing software
* Strong understanding of camera handling, lighting, composition, framing, and shot execution
* Knowledge of pacing, transitions, audio sync, color grading, and cinematic storytelling
* Ability to edit for multiple formats including Instagram Reels, YouTube, LinkedIn, and commercial content
* Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and visual aesthetics
* Basic knowledge of motion graphics, animation, and audio design is a plus
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently
* Strong communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills
* A strong showreel/portfolio showcasing both cinematography and editing work is mandatory
Qualifications :
Education: Graduate / 12th Pass (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Languages: Hindi and English (spoken and written)
Experience in Video Production, Videography, and Editing preferred
