About the Role We are looking for an Architect with hands-on experience in luxury retail store design and execution. You will own projects end to end, from design development to site supervision, and make sure what gets built actually reflects what was designed.
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed 2D drawings including layouts, GFCs, electrical plans and detailing
- Create 3D designs and renders for premium retail environments
- Prepare BOQs with material specifications and cost breakdowns
- Work on store layouts, fixture design and display concepts
- Coordinate with vendors, mall teams and contractors
- Handle on-site supervision and execution
- Maintain quality, timelines and brand standards throughout
Requirements
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and V-Ray / Lumion / 3ds Max
- Experience in luxury retail store design and execution
- Strong understanding of premium materials, lighting and finishes
- Knowledge of BOQ preparation and site coordination
- Ability to independently manage projects
- Degree or Diploma in Architecture or Interior Design
- Prior experience with luxury retail brands or mall fit-outs
Good to Have
- Experience in beauty, cosmetic or lifestyle retail
