Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales operations and drive business growth. Only candidates with prior experience in the Real Estate industry will be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the real estate sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
- Handle customer inquiries, property presentations, and site visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and brokers.
- Generate new business opportunities and ensure high lead conversion.
- Negotiate and close residential/commercial property sales.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports using CRM software.
- Coordinate with the marketing and CRM teams to improve sales performance.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle.
Mandatory Requirements
- Graduate / Post Graduate.
- 7–8+ years of experience exclusively in Real Estate Sales.
- Current or previous experience with a Real Estate Developer, Builder, or Real Estate Company is mandatory.
- Experience in managing a sales team and achieving sales targets.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Required Skills
- Fluent in Hindi, Marathi and English.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent sales planning and closing skills.
- Customer relationship management.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Knowledge of the Nashik real estate market will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Pay: ₹38,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
