Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead overall HRMS sales strategy across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments. 2. Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure. 3. Build and manage a multi-tier sales team; ensure achievement of sales targets. 4. Create go-to-market plans and drive consistent revenue growth. 5. Build and maintain CXO-level relationships across diverse industries. 6. Collaborate with internal teams for solution alignment and delivery. 7. Track sales KPIs, monitor pipeline, and provide leadership insights. 8. Ensure smooth client handover to implementation/support teams. 9. Stay updated on market trends and competitor positioning. 10. Represent the company at events, client meetings, and product demos. 11. Foster a performance-driven culture within the sales team. 12. Personally manage strategic accounts and escalations when required.
