Key Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end invoicing and billing activities
* Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and follow up on outstanding payments
* Manage GST, TDS compliance, filings, and documentation
* Perform bank reconciliation and maintain financial records
* Handle daily cash transactions and accounting entries
* Maintain customer accounts and resolve account-related queries
* Prepare financial reports, MIS, and management reports
* Coordinate with customers, vendors, CFS, and stakeholders for accounting-related matters
Requirements:
* Experience in Shipping / NVOCC accounts preferred
* Strong knowledge of accounting processes
* Good command of MS Excel & accounting software
* Excellent communication and analytical skills
