About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our plastic pouch manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will ensure production targets are achieved efficiently, maintain quality standards, and manage shift operations using the SAP system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily pouch-making operations and manpower allocation.
- Achieve production and quality targets as per plan.
- Monitor machine performance and coordinate with maintenance.
- Record and update production data in SAP (orders, material usage, rejections).
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and 5S standards.
- Train and guide operators for efficient performance.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
