We are looking for an organized and proactive HR Assistant to support daily HR operations. The candidate will assist with recruitment, onboarding, attendance management, employee records, and HR administration.
Responsibilities:
- Support recruitment and interview coordination
- Maintain employee records and attendance
- Assist in onboarding and HR documentation
- Handle employee queries and administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- Good communication and MS Office skills
- Strong organizational abilities
- Freshers or candidates with relevant experience can apply
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
