Job Summary
The SIM Management cum Customer Support Executive is responsible for managing SIM card inventory, activation, deactivation, and related records while providing excellent customer support. The role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, maintaining accurate documentation, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Key ResponsibilitiesSIM Management
- Maintain and monitor SIM card inventory.
- Process SIM activation, deactivation, replacement, and portability requests.
- Update and maintain SIM-related records and databases.
- Coordinate with telecom service providers regarding SIM issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and telecom regulations.
- Generate inventory and usage reports as required.
Customer Support
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
- Resolve customer complaints and service-related issues promptly.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and processes.
- Escalate complex issues to relevant departments when necessary.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
