Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of multiple clinic branches within the assigned region
- Drive revenue targets, conversions, and business growth across centers
- Monitor lead management, walk-ins, and client conversions
- Ensure standard treatment protocols and service quality are maintained
- Lead, train, and motivate Branch Managers and clinic teams
- Track and improve KPIs: revenue, client satisfaction, retention, and productivity
- Conduct regular audits, performance reviews, and team meetings
- Coordinate with internal departments for marketing, HR, and operations support
- Handle customer escalations and ensure effective resolution
- Implement process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s Degree in any discipline
- 3–8 years of experience in multi-unit operations / area management
- Prior experience in wellness, slimming, healthcare, or retail chains is an added advantage
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Ability to handle targets, team performance, and client experience
- Willingness to travel across branches in the assigned region
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
