Key Responsibilities
Payroll Processing
- Process weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Ensure compliance with superannuation, PAYG, payroll tax, and other statutory obligations.
- Maintain up-to-date employee and contractor records, including onboarding, terminations,
timesheets, leave, and deductions.
- Create ABA files and upload to the bank for payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Respond promptly to payroll queries from contractors, clients, and internal teams.
- Maintain high level of audit assurance.
Billing & Support
- Prepare and issue client invoices accurately and on schedule.
- Validate billing data against contracts, timesheets, and system entries.
- Maintain and update margin reports for internal visibility.
- Liaise with internal teams to resolve payroll or billing discrepancies efficiently.
- Provide friendly, responsive support to internal team members on payroll and billing matters.
- Maintain high level of audit assurance.
Skills & Qualifications
Essential
- Tertiary qualification in commerce, finance, business or related fields
- Experience in payroll or accounts administration within a service or contractor management
environment.
- Strong understanding of payroll legislation, superannuation, and compliance requirements.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and payroll platforms.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
Desirable
- Experience using Xero, KeyPay, MYOB, or similar systems.
- Familiarity with contractor management or professional services operations.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
