Business Growth: Develop long-term business strategy | Expand branches across multiple cities | Increase deposits and loan portfolio | Identify new market opportunities | Build strategic partnerships. Leadership: Build and mentor senior management team | Create a high-performance culture | Develop KPIs for every department | Lead monthly business reviews. Financial Management: Achieve annual revenue targets | Improve profitability | Budget planning | Cost optimization | Risk management. Regulatory Compliance: Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) | Nidhi Rules | Companies Act | RBI Guidelines (where applicable) | Income Tax | GST | Internal Audit | Statutory Audit. Business Development: Fixed Deposits | Savings Accounts | Recurring Deposits | Mortgage Loans | Gold Loans | Property Loans. Technology: Digital transformation | CRM implementation | Mobile App | Online Customer Portal | Branch Automation. Marketing: Brand Awareness | Customer Acquisition | Referral Programs | Digital Marketing | Branch Marketing. Reporting: Report directly to the Board of Directors.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory) | MBA (Finance / Marketing / Business Administration Preferred)
Experience: Experience Minimum 12 years | Banking | NBFC | Nidhi Company | Housing Finance | Financial Institution. Minimum 5 years in senior leadership. Experience in opening multiple branches is highly preferred.
