About the Role
The Operations Associate- Central Team will work closely with the Logistics & Supply Chain function to drive three org-level goals: raising platform-wide delivery speed, optimising the zone mix of orders, and growing the share of Same Day Delivery (SDD) and Next Day Delivery (NDD). The role achieves this by running and scaling pilot projects and by working hands-on with 3PL logistics partners. This is a high-visibility position that partners directly with the core leadership team, carrying high autonomy and high accountability from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and scale pilot projects aimed at improving delivery speed and increasing SDD/NDD share.
- Partner with 3PL logistics partners to identify and close gaps at the zone and pincode level.
- Track and analyse the zone mix of orders and recommend interventions to shift it favourably.
- Build and monitor data views/dashboards across datasets to measure pilot impact and track progress against goals.
- Work cross-functionally with warehouse operations, carrier management, and central leadership to translate pilot learnings into scaled, org-wide changes.
- Own execution end-to-end- plan timelines, track milestones, flag bottlenecks, and drive resolution.
What We're Looking For
- 1 to 2 years of experience in Operations, with prior experience at an internet/e-commerce company.
- Strong, data-driven approach to problem-solving; comfortable working across multiple datasets and tools.
- A keen eye for detail and a structured, organised approach to execution.
- Proven ability to deliver within timelines and manage multiple pilots/initiatives in parallel.
- Comfort working directly with external partners (3PL/logistics vendors).
- High ownership mindset and the ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.
