Floor Manager – Retail Jewellery Job Responsibilities
- Manage daily showroom floor operations
- Handle customer service and resolve complaints
- Achieve sales targets and increase conversions
- Supervise and guide sales staff
- Maintain showroom discipline, grooming, and presentation
- Monitor jewellery display and stock availability
- Coordinate billing, inventory, and customer orders
- Ensure smooth store operations and security compliance
- Conduct team briefings and motivate staff
- Maintain excellent customer experience and relationship building
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
