Duties
- Calendar & Meeting Management: Scheduling appointments, booking conference rooms, and coordinating meetings (in-person or virtual).
- Communication: Answering phones, managing email correspondence, and routing inquiries.
- Documentation & Data Entry: Preparing reports, memos, and presentations; maintaining digital/physical filing systems.
- Office Operations: Ordering supplies, managing inventory, and liaising with vendors.
- Travel Coordination: Arranging flights, hotels, and transportation for staff.
- Administrative Support: Assisting with expense reports, invoicing, and supporting HR with onboarding
