We are looking for a Associate Product Owner
You’ll make a difference by:

1) Experience: 9 years

2) Role Summary:
-
Responsible for managing product backlog, refining requirements, and supporting execution across multiple Scrum teams for KAVACH (safety-critical ATP system). Ensures clear requirements and continuous backlog readiness (N+2) for smooth sprint delivery.

3) Key Responsibilities:
-
Own and maintain product backlog (Jira)
-
Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and NFRs
-
Ensure backlog readiness for upcoming sprints
-
Support sprint planning, refinement, and reviews.
-
Coordinate with Dev, System, and Test teams
-
Maintain requirement documentation and traceability
-
Take ownership of features/subsystem scope delivery
-
4) Required Skills:
-
Strong requirements engineering & story writing
-
Agile/Scrum and backlog management knowledge
-
Experience with Jira
-
Good analytical and communication skills
-
Basic AI Skills for Product Owner (Data driven decision making, Backlog creation, Gap analysis, Documentation, Summary, Prioritization etc.)
-
Know how on AI tools for PO day-to-day work and fair understanding of AI assisted product management tools
-
5) Preferred:
-
Railway / safety-critical systems (SIL2/SIL4)
-
Experience in multi-team / large-scale product environments
Your success is grounded in:

9+ years of experience is required.
