Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Handle customer queries professionally and maintain accurate records.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure a positive customer experience.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in telecalling and sales closing.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Good follow-up and relationship management abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
