Job Summary
A Security Guard is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of hotel guests, employees, visitors, and property. They maintain a secure environment by monitoring hotel premises, preventing unauthorized access, responding to emergencies, and following hotel security procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Patrol hotel premises regularly to ensure safety and security.
- Monitor CCTV cameras and alarm systems.
- Control entry and exit of guests, visitors, employees, and vendors.
- Check employee and visitor IDs when required.
- Prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access.
- Respond promptly to emergencies such as fire alarms, accidents, medical emergencies, or disturbances.
- Prepare daily security reports and incident reports.
- Assist guests with safety-related concerns and provide directions when needed.
- Coordinate with local police, fire department, or ambulance services during emergencies.
- Ensure all emergency exits and fire equipment are accessible and functional.
- Conduct baggage and vehicle checks as per hotel policy.
- Maintain lost and found records according to hotel procedures.
- Follow all hotel SOPs, safety standards, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass (higher qualification preferred).
- Previous experience in hotel, hospitality, industrial, or corporate security is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of fire safety, first aid, and emergency response.
- Physically fit and able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Experience
- 0–2 years: Freshers may apply (training will be provided).
- 1–3 years of hotel security experience is preferred.
