Job Summary
Ignis Careers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a passionate, energetic, and experienced English & Life Skills Instructor to be part of our Teacher Capacity Building Program across schools in Hyderabad.
In this role, the instructor will work directly with school teachers, conducting training programs designed to strengthen their English communication skills, classroom delivery techniques, and life skills facilitation capabilities. The objective is to empower teachers with the knowledge, confidence, and practical strategies required to create engaging, student-centered learning environments.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent English language proficiency, strong facilitation skills, and the ability to train and mentor educators from diverse educational backgrounds. This position requires regular travel to partner schools across Hyderabad.
Key Responsibilities: Teacher Capacity Building & Training
- Conduct professional development sessions for teachers on English language proficiency and communication skills.
- Train teachers on effective classroom communication, pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, and language fluency.
- Deliver workshops on life skills education and its integration into classroom teaching.
- Facilitate interactive training sessions using experiential learning methodologies.
English Language Training
- Design and deliver structured English language training programs for teachers.
- Enhance teachers' speaking, listening, reading, and writing competencies.
Life Skills Education Training
Train teachers to effectively facilitate life skills development among students, including:
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence building and self-awareness
- Leadership and teamwork
- Critical thinking and problem-solving
Assessment, Monitoring & Reporting
- Conduct pre- and post-training assessments.
- Monitor teacher participation, progress, and skill development.
- Maintain training records and attendance reports.
Program Delivery & Coordination
- Travel to assigned schools across Hyderabad according to training schedules.
- Adapt training approaches based on teacher experience levels and institutional requirements.
- Collaborate with school coordinators and management teams to ensure smooth program execution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in English, Linguistics, Education, Psychology, Training & Development, or a related field.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
Pay: ₹23,728.91 - ₹32,422.11 per month
