We are a growing interior fit-out company based in Ranchi, specializing in commercial and healthcare projects. We are looking for a proactive Marketing Executive who can drive business growth by generating quality leads and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads from architects, contractors, builders, and corporate clients
- Identify new project opportunities in the commercial, healthcare, and hospitality sectors
- Conduct market research and maintain an updated database of potential clients
- Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and site visits
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and quotations
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking platforms
- Track lead conversion and report weekly performance metrics
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in lead generation or sales within the interior fit-out industry
- Strong understanding of commercial and healthcare interior projects
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet monthly lead targets
- Proficiency in MS Office
