Position Details
Designation: Sr.HR Generalist
Experience: 4+ Years in HR Domain
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 CTC
Location: Green Park, Delhi
Industry: FMCG – Beverages
Preferred: Immediate Joiner
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and source relevant candidates through different job portals
- Coordinate interviews and handle the complete hiring process
- Manage daily HR operations, including attendance and employee records
- Maintain employee files, HR documentation, and HRMIS data
- Handle the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit formalities
- Process accurate payroll along with PF, ESIC, and statutory compliance
- Ensure timely salary processing and payroll record management
- Support employee engagement activities and resolve employee queries
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labour laws
Required Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience in recruitment and candidate sourcing
- Good knowledge of payroll processing, PF, and ESIC
- Experience in handling attendance and core HR operations
- Familiarity with job portals and HR software
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple HR responsibilities independently
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
