You’ll be creating content for both our brand channels and Vaibhav Sisinty’s personal social channels, which reach a large audience across platforms: 2M+ followers on Instagram, 700K+ on YouTube, 500K+ on LinkedIn, 160K+ on X, and a newsletter with 2M+ subscribers.
This is not a “use ChatGPT and submit scripts” role.
We’re looking for someone who understands that AI can do the heavy lifting: research, trend scanning, idea hunting, reference collection, first drafts, and structure. But the final output still needs human taste.
The real skill is being able to read a line out loud and know whether it feels natural, boring, cringe, too polished, too AI-written, or genuinely scroll-stopping.
Most of our content is around AI, business, automation, tools, and the future of work. So staying on top of AI news, product launches, workflows, and real-world use cases is important for this role.
What You’ll Do:
-
Write scripts for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and X-native content
-
Create content for brand socials and Vaibhav Sisinty’s founder-led channels
-
Turn AI trends, founder insights, research, and raw ideas into strong content
-
Use AI for research, ideation, hooks, outlines, and content angles
-
Rewrite scripts until they sound human, sharp, and spoken-first
-
Study what’s working on Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn, X, newsletters, and AI creator accounts
-
Build a strong sense of hooks, pacing, retention, and payoff
-
Stay updated on AI tools, launches, trends, and practical use cases
-
Work closely with the founder/content team to capture voice and taste
Big Plus:
Someone who can go beyond just writing and actually build repeatable content systems.
For example:
-
Build simple AI agents to automate research
-
Create skills/workflows that hunt for content ideas daily
-
Use AI as a mini employee for trend scanning, research, and draft preparation
-
Set up repeatable systems for finding fresh AI topics and turning them into content
-
Improve the content pipeline instead of just waiting for briefs
You’re a Great Fit If:
-
You have strong taste for what sounds human on camera
-
You hate generic AI-sounding content
-
You understand AI beyond surface-level tool lists
-
You actively follow AI news, products, creators, and workflows
-
You can write for both brand channels and founder-led content
-
You can write for Reels, LinkedIn, X, and newsletters without making everything sound the same
-
You can use AI deeply, but don’t depend on it blindly
-
You can take a rough thought and turn it into something people actually want to watch
-
You’re curious, self-driven, and good at spotting content opportunities
What We Don’t Want:
-
Someone who simply prompts AI and submits the first decent-looking output
-
Generic, over-polished, motivational content
-
Scripts that sound like blog posts being read aloud
-
AI content with no real context, opinion, or freshness
We’re looking for someone who can use AI like a research team, but bring the final human judgment that makes content actually work with a clear instinct for short form content.
