About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our growing US sales team. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Present and promote company services effectively to generate business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Assist in creating proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
- Work closely with the marketing team to execute targeted sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Qualifications
- Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers are welcome to apply).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field (Business, Marketing preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written English).
- Confident and comfortable with cold calling and client interaction.
- Goal-driven with a passion for sales and business development.
- Basic knowledge of the US IT job market (Visa types, tax terms) is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and CRM tools preferred.

- Night shift (US Shift) – 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST.
