Role Objective
The Regional Manager Odisha acts as the bridge between state-level strategy and ground-level execution. You will be responsible for a specific cluster of districts (Region), ensuring that multiple training centers operate at peak efficiency. Your goal is to synchronize mobilization, training quality, and local industry engagement to meet high-volume certification and placement targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Multi-Center Oversight
- Manage a portfolio of 3–6 training centers across assigned districts.
- Conduct weekly performance reviews with Center Managers to track progress against the "Annual Action Plan."
- Ensure standardized processes across all centers, from candidate counseling to final certification.
2. Tactical Mobilization & PR
- Design and execute district-specific mobilization strategies (e.g., Nukkad Nataks, coordination with Gram Panchayats and BDOs).
- Build a strong "Brand Awareness" in the region to attract high-quality candidates for specialized trades.
- Mitigate local operational risks, including community relations and infrastructure challenges.
3. Quality Assurance & Audit Readiness
- Perform surprise audits on classroom delivery, lab equipment functionality, and food/hostel quality (for residential projects like DDU-GKY).
- Ensure that the MIS and Documentation for the entire region are updated in real-time to prevent payment delays.
- Coordinate with Sector Skill Councils (SSCs) for timely assessments.
4. Stakeholder Management
- Act as the organization's representative at the District Skill Committee (DSC) meetings.
- Engage with local employers and MSMEs to create a "Placement Funnel" specific to the region's industrial strengths.

5–8 years in Skill Development; at least 2 years managing multiple locations (Cluster/Regional level).
Project Expertise
Proven track record in handling DDU-GKY (Residential) or PMKK (Large-scale) projects.
Leadership
Strong capability to manage diverse field teams and decentralized staff.
Analytical Skills
Ability to interpret MIS data to identify "at-risk" batches or centers.
Travel
Frequent travel within the assigned region (70% field-based).
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
