About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-centric Process Associate (Spanish & English) to join our team. In this role, you will engage with potential clients who reach out through our website and other organic channels. Your primary responsibility will be to understand their travel needs and convert these leads into confirmed bookings and assisting them throughout their journey ensuring a seamless and personalized travel planning experience.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats to assist customers with travel-related inquiries, flight options, and concerns.
Sales Support: Provide quotes, assist with bookings, and support the end-to-end sales process.
Itinerary Planning: Help customers plan travel, primarily focusing on flights and related services in US International market.
Target Achievement: Work towards achieving individual and team-based sales targets.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster customer loyalty and repeat business.
CRM & Record Management: Update customer records, booking details, and interactions in the CRM system accurately (Hubspot)
Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel products, airline policies, requirements, and promotions.
Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all travel documentation is accurate and compliant with US travel regulations.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated with travel trends, GDS systems, and industry best practices through regular training and self-learning.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field (preferred).
· Spanish Language Proficiency (B1/B2 level or above) – Read, Write, and Speak.
· 2–4 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related role.
· Proficiency in using CRM systems - Hubspot.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
· Experience in sales process or customer service roles in US Market preferably with Travel Brands.
· Familiarity with GDS platforms (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo) is a plus.
· Good understanding of airline process & policies and international travel documentation.
· Ability to think creatively and deliver solution-oriented outcomes.
· Willingness to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
