About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Made-to-Order (MTO) Coordinator to join our team. This role involves coordinating customized garment orders from order confirmation to final delivery. Freshers who are eager to learn and build a career in the garment/apparel industry are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate Made-to-Order (MTO) customer orders from booking to delivery.
- Prepare and update order sheets, production trackers, and reports.
- Coordinate with the Production, Merchandising, Cutting, Stitching, Quality, and Dispatch teams.
- Track order progress and ensure timely completion.
- Follow up on fabric, trims, and accessories required for production.
- Ensure customer specifications are communicated accurately to the production team.
- Maintain proper documentation and order records.
- Assist in resolving order-related issues and production delays.
- Ensure all orders meet quality standards before dispatch.
Required Skills
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and grow.

- Graduate or Diploma holder (Any discipline).
