The Role:
Working closely with Quality and Operational Leadership to establish a structured Quality management framework for JLL’s Shared Services / GCC Operations Globally. Responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality management systems while ensuring compliance with industry standards and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement end-to-end quality assurance and quality control strategies, policies, and procedures to drive operational excellence and elevate stakeholder satisfaction
Conduct regular process reviews, inspections, and performance evaluations to identify improvement areas and mitigate risk
Collaborate with Global Transition Services and Operations teams to establish quality assurance practices aligned with the Shared Services / GCC Quality framework
Support implementation of quality framework across multiple transitions and operations teams simultaneously
Foster a culture of quality through awareness programs, training, and customer-centric initiatives
Analyze data, identify trends, and implement corrective and preventive actions
Monitor and report quality framework deployment progress to senior management
Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to quality management in Real Estate and JBS-supported processes
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
5-7 years of experience in quality assurance/quality control roles, preferably in shared services or real estate operations
Professional certification in Quality Management (ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, Six Sigma, CQA, or equivalent)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in quality management tools and data analysis
Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is advantageous)
