Job Summary
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition with 2+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment for both teaching and non-teaching positions. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closure of vacancies while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for teaching and non-teaching roles.
- Understand hiring requirements and prepare job descriptions in coordination with hiring managers.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Conduct reference checks and support the onboarding process.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions as per hiring timelines.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide regular updates.
- Participate in recruitment drives, job fairs, and campus hiring activities.
- Generate recruitment reports and provide hiring status updates to management.
- Ensure compliance with organizational recruitment policies and procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Experience hiring for both teaching and non-teaching positions.
- Good knowledge of sourcing techniques and job portals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the education sector will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
- Experience in conducting recruitment drives and employer branding initiatives.
