Job Summary
The HR Executive is responsible for supporting all human resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, employee engagement, statutory compliance, and performance management. The role ensures smooth HR operations while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, payroll inputs, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Labour Laws, etc.).
- Coordinate employee training, performance appraisal, and engagement initiatives to improve workforce productivity.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
- Coordinate with department heads on manpower planning and workforce requirements.
- Prepare HR reports, maintain HRMIS records, and support audits and compliance activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Commerce (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
