We’re looking for a warm, responsible and people-oriented Front of House Lead to be the face of Ela Matcha and take ownership of the day-to-day experience at the cafe.
This person will be the first point of contact for our customers and will play a key role in making sure every person who walks into Ela feels welcomed, looked after and comfortable. You’ll be responsible for the smooth running of the cafe during your shift — from opening the doors and welcoming guests to taking orders, preparing and serving beverages, managing the floor and ensuring customers leave happy.
You’ll work closely with the founder and take responsibility for making sure the cafe operates smoothly, the team is supported and Ela’s standards are maintained every day. Ensure procurement and inventory is maintained.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
