International Chat Support Executive

Job Summary
We are hiring experienced International Chat Support Executives to join a leading customer support team. The ideal candidate should have excellent written communication skills, prior international BPO experience, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service through chat support.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and concerns through chat support.
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer issues.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Document customer interactions and follow process guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of International BPO experience.
- Experience in B2C Customer Support (Chat Process).
- Excellent written communication and typing skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced customer service environment.
- Willingness to work in US shifts.
Salary
Up to ₹4.5 LPA (Based on experience and interview performance)
