JGS Jaipur Global Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Amazon Account Manager to manage and optimize Amazon seller accounts. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling Amazon accounts, improving product visibility, and managing overall marketplace operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and handle day-to-day operations of Amazon seller accounts.
- Monitor product listings and ensure accurate content, pricing, and inventory management.
- Optimize product listings using SEO strategies (titles, keywords, descriptions, and bullet points).
- Manage Amazon campaigns (PPC) and track performance to improve sales and ROI.
- Handle order processing, returns, and customer queries through Amazon Seller Central.
- Analyze account performance, sales reports, and implement strategies for growth.
- Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and maintain account health metrics.
- Coordinate with internal teams for catalog updates, inventory planning, and issue resolution.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Amazon Account Management.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and marketplace operations.
- Experience in product listing optimization and keyword research.
- Basic understanding of Amazon PPC campaigns and analytics.
- Ability to analyze reports and improve account performance.
- Problem-solving skills to handle account issues, listing errors, or policy-related concerns.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools will be an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Amazon account management or e-commerce marketplace management.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple products/accounts.
