About the Role
Unilights.co is looking for a highly responsible and execution-driven Electrical Supervisor to manage electrical and lighting project operations across multiple sites in Mumbai and Pan India.
The ideal candidate should be a strong leader, problem solver, and hustler who can handle pressure, manage teams efficiently, and ensure projects are completed within strict timelines while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise electrical and lighting installation work across multiple project sites.
- Manage and coordinate multiple teams, vendors, and technicians simultaneously.
- Ensure timely completion of projects while adhering to strict deadlines.
- Travel frequently across Mumbai and other cities in India based on project requirements.
- Monitor site progress, manpower allocation, material usage, and project execution quality.
- Resolve on-site operational issues and conflicts quickly and professionally.
- Take complete ownership of assigned projects from execution to completion.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company SOPs.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Prepare site reports, progress updates, and completion documentation.
- Identify problems proactively and implement practical solutions immediately.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma / ITI / Degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant field.
- Prior experience in electrical supervision, site execution, or project management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and teams across different locations.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Strong sense of accountability, ownership, and responsibility.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
