Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 + Incentives
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to lead and drive sales performance across the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for managing a team, achieving business targets, and expanding market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee sales operations in the assigned area
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of Sales Executives / BDEs
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Identify new business opportunities and markets
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3–6 years of experience in sales (Loan / BFSI preferred)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and negotiation abilities
- Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
- Graduation is mandatory
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in Home Loans, Personal Loans, LAP, or Credit Cards
- Knowledge of local market and network
- Team handling experience is a must
