TAVRO AI LLC is a pioneering solutions firm focused on AI Governance. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Technical Engineer with 2 to 5 years of professional experience specializing in Python and robust SQL / database management systems like PostgreSQL. Knowledge or experience with Agentic AI systems is highly desirable. As a Software Developer, you will play an active role in designing, building, and maintaining advanced software layers and intelligent automation workflows. The ideal candidate has a deep passion for refining code structures, optimizing data performance, and keeping up with cutting-edge engineering practices.
II. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Take ownership of the design, development, optimization, testing, and system documentation of backend web applications and microservices.
- Write clean, optimized, and maintainable software code leveraging Python and advanced database handling methods.
- Architect relational databases (specifically PostgreSQL), crafting complex SQL queries, CTEs, tables, views, and index parameters to manage data efficiently.
- Explore, prototype, and implement automation workflows leveraging Agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar autonomous LLM orchestration frameworks).
- Debug, benchmark, and systematically troubleshoot deep-set bugs and structural logic bottlenecks in production environments.
- Collaborate actively with senior leadership and design teams to build scalable data schemas and support structured AI Governance practices.
- Contribute meaningfully to all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in an agile environment.
- Participate heavily in team code reviews, ensuring adherence to design guidelines, quality baselines, and safety measures.
- Draft exhaustive technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams, relational schemas, and logical flowcharts.
- Interact directly with business stakeholders or technical clients to dissect platform performance concerns and provide technical solutions.
III. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EDUCATION
- Strong professional expertise in Python development (experience with frameworks like FastAPI, Django, or Flask is a plus).
- Deep understanding of relational databases and SQL optimization methodologies, specifically PostgreSQL (complex indexing, table architecture, performance tuning).
- Optional / Preferred: Exposure to or functional knowledge of Agentic AI architectures, LLM API integrations, and prompt tuning frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI).
- Familiarity with standard software development tools such as Visual Studio Code, Git, and collaborative cloud repositories like GitHub.
- Proven ability to proactively handle complex debugging cycles and apply a strong, analytical troubleshooting approach.
- Excellent communication skills with the capability to operate seamlessly within a fully remote, distributed engineering environment.
IV. QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 to 5 years of proven professional software development experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a highly related technical field.
