We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Assistant Manager – Human Resources to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in HR Analytics, Recruitment, Employee Engagement, HR Operations, and MIS reporting.
The candidate will be responsible for supporting HR processes, driving employee engagement initiatives, managing recruitment activities, and providing HR insights through data and analytics.
Key Responsibilities1. HR Analytics & MIS
- Prepare and maintain regular HR MIS and dashboards.
- Analyze employee data related to headcount, attrition, absenteeism, recruitment, and employee movement.
- Track key HR metrics and provide actionable insights to management.
- Prepare monthly and periodic HR reports and presentations.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee data.
- Support HR in identifying trends and areas requiring improvement.
2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned positions.
- Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions/interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with candidates and stakeholders.
- Manage offer discussions, salary negotiations, and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and monitor Time-to-Hire and recruitment costs.
3. Employee Engagement
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities and initiatives.
- Coordinate employee events, celebrations, recognition programs, and team-building activities.
- Conduct employee connect activities and gather employee feedback.
- Support employee satisfaction and retention initiatives.
- Identify engagement gaps and recommend suitable interventions.
- Assist in conducting employee surveys and analyzing feedback.
4. HR Operations
- Support day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
- Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support attendance, leave, confirmation, transfer, promotion, and exit processes.
- Coordinate with payroll and other internal stakeholders for employee-related matters.
- Ensure HR processes are implemented as per company policies.
5. Employee Relations
- Address routine employee queries and concerns professionally.
- Support grievance handling and employee communication.
- Maintain positive employee relations across teams.
- Assist HR management in implementing HR policies and processes.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee matters.
6. HR Projects & Process Improvement
- Participate in HR process improvement and automation initiatives.
- Support implementation of HRMS/HR technology initiatives.
- Prepare presentations and reports for management reviews.
- Work on HR projects related to retention, engagement, manpower planning, and productivity.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned HR initiatives.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and practices.
- Hands-on experience in HR Analytics and MIS.
- Good experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
- Strong experience in Employee Engagement.
- Good command of MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, charts, and basic data analysis.
- Experience with HRMS/HRIS will be an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and present HR insights.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Educational Qualification
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources / Personnel Management preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.
Preferred Experience
Candidates with 3–6 years of HR experience
Pay: ₹42,000.00 - ₹58,000.00 per month
