We are looking for an E-Commerce Executive to manage online marketplace operations across platforms such as Amazon and Flipkart. The role involves handling product listings, inventory updates, advertising campaigns, and marketplace optimization to improve sales performance and brand visibility.
The ideal candidate should have experience in marketplace management and a strong understanding of e-commerce operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage product listings, catalog updates, pricing, and inventory on marketplaces such as Amazon and Flipkart
- Optimize product titles, descriptions, keywords, images, and A+ content for improved visibility and conversions
- Monitor daily sales performance and maintain reports/dashboard updates
- Run and optimize marketplace advertising campaigns (Amazon PPC, Flipkart Ads, etc.)
- Handle order processing, returns, and seller support coordination
- Coordinate with design and content teams for creatives and promotional banners
- Manage seasonal campaigns, offers, and brand store updates
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and operational guidelines
- Conduct competitor analysis and implement strategies to improve rankings and sales
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace management
- Good understanding of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and related platforms
- Knowledge of listing optimization, keyword research, and marketplace SEO
- Experience with marketplace advertising, especially Amazon PPC, is preferred
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
