Responsibilities:
- Must have computer knowledge.
- Initiate outbound calls to cold or warm leads to introduce products or services, explain their benefits, and drive sales
- Handle inbound calls to address inquiries, and answer queries in a professional manner
- Nurture potential leads by scheduling call-backs, sending follow-up emails, and tracking the customer's journey
- Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly quotas for call volume, lead generation, or closed sales
- Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s offerings, pricing, and promotional offers to answer client questions accurately.
- Follow predefined communication scripts while adapting your tone and pitch to match the customer's specific needs
- Organizing and mantaining files and records
- Handling various mail/courier/email correspondence
Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
